Dana Naylor

Dana Andrew Naylor, age 55, died unexpectedly of natural causes, on Wednesday, March 10, 2021.

He was born in Erie on March 21, 1965, a son of the late Alfred C. and Nancy Maguire Naylor.

Dana graduated from McDowell High School where he was a member of the National Honor Society and the soccer team.  He attended Mercyhurst College on a soccer scholarship and majored in English.

He enjoyed writing poetry and had some of his works published.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Gregory and Calvin Naylor.

Dana is survived by three siblings, April Wiseman, Tina Naylor-Riston and Alfred E. Naylor (Caren), all of Erie. He is further survived by his aunt, Rose Naylor as well as his nieces and nephews: Adam DiCarlo, Jeremy Wiseman (Deanna), Dustin Wiseman (Lacey), Jennifer Lehman (CJ), Amanda Wiseman, Tanya Riston (Joe Gangemi), Isaac Riston (Ashley Tomcic), Anna Slother (Tyler) and Rebecca Naylor; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at Burton Quinn Scott at West Ridge, 3801 W. 26^th St. on Saturday, March 13^th from 1pm-3pm.
