Christian Razanauskas

Christian Lidano Razanauskas, age 60, of Erie passed away unexpectedly Thursday, October 7, 2021 at UPMC Hamot as a result of a tragic fall.

Chris was born January 9, 1961 in Erie the son of the late Edward Razanauskas, Sr. and Louise Coluzzi Razanauskas.

Chris was recently retired from the Millcreek School District where he was very active with the local teacher’s union. He had served as the union chapter’s secretary- treasurer. Most recently Chris was working part-time at Macy’s.

Chris was a sweet, affectionate, kind and loving person who deeply loved his family and friends and will be greatly missed.

Chris is survived by a brother Edward M. Razanauskas, Jr.; two sisters, Maria E. Razanauskas and Valentina Razanauskas Kontis and her husband Lee A. Kontis, Jr.

He is the uncle of Edward Razanauskas II, Philip Razanauskas, and James Razanauskas along with a great-nephew, Hunter Razanauskas.

Friends are invited to call at the Quinn Funeral Home, West 9^th & Liberty St. on Monday , October 11,2021 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM and are invited to attend Prayer Services there Tuesday at 11:30 AM followed  by a Funeral Mass at 12 noon in St. Paul’s RC Church. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven cemetery.

The family requires that everyone please wear a mask, and that CDC guidelines will be followed.
