Chase P. Hollingsworth, age 20, of Lake City, died unexpectedly in a train accident in Girard on Friday, November 17, 2017.
Chase was born in Erie on March 18, 1997, son of John Hollingsworth and Ann Wienczkowski Markham. He graduated from Girard High School in 2015 and worked for the Georgko Company. Chase enjoyed martial arts and had an amazing singing voice, often compared to Frank Sinatra. He was also an avid writer and enjoyed drawing.
Chase was preceded in death by his grandfather Robert Wienczkowski and three uncles Gary, Michael, and Mark Wienczkowski.
He is survived by his mother and father Jeff and Ann Markham; a twin brother Dylan Hollingsworth; a step-sister Elizabeth Markham; and his grandparents, Charlotte Wienczkowski and David and Cathy Markham. He is further survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins; as well as his beloved cat Marley.
Friends may call at the Burton Westlake Funeral Home on Tuesday from 3:00 until a Time of Sharing at 6:00 p.m.
