He was born August 3, 1919 in East Brady, PA, son of the late Charles D. and Myrtle Stewart Lobaugh.
Mr. Lobaugh worked for Uniflow Manufacturing for 45 years retiring as a Foreman in 1985. He was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church.
He was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey L. Lobaugh; two brothers, Theodore and Ralph Lobaugh; and six sisters, Leona Marcellus, Pearl Sawtell, Dorothy Borga, Sarah Verno, Gladys Gerald and Margaret Jackson.
Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Pauline Makela Lobaugh; a son, Mark W. Lobaugh and wife Linda of Erie; a granddaughter, Wendy McKeen and husband Tobie of Albion; three grandsons, Scott Lobaugh and wife Lisa and Jeremy Lobaugh and wife Jaime, all of Erie, and John Lobaugh and wife Clarissa of Indianapolis, IN; and nine great-grandchildren.
Private services have been entrusted to the Scott Funeral Home, 2104 Myrtle Street., Erie, PA.
