Charles Brown

August 2, 1926 — November 8, 2017

 Charles W. Brown, age 91, of Erie, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Forrestview Skilled Nursing.

He was born on August 2, 1926 in Cleveland son of the late Charles F. and Marguerite Braun Brown.   He served in the United States Navy during World War II. 

He was a 1950 graduate of the University of Colorado and was a Certified Public Accountant with Brown Schwab Bergquist and Company.

He was a life member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Lutze.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Lee Graham Brown; a daughter, Karen Brown of Erie, a son, Bruce E. Brown and his wife Linda and their children Elliott and Grace all of West Seneca, NY. Friends may call at Burton Westlake Funeral Home, 3801 West 26th St. on Friday from 3 to 6pm. and on Saturday from 12noon until the time of service at 2pm.

Inurnment in St. Stephens Episcopal Church Columbarium.
