Catherine Myers

Catherine Eileen Rounds Myers, age 76, of Erie, passed away on Monday, March 21, 2022 at UPMC Hamot.

Born in Erie on November 7, 1945 she was the daughter of the late Francis O. Rounds and Dorothy K. Rounds Hipsley.

A graduate of McDowell High School, Class of 1964 she had been a waitress for Howard Johnson; and did child care.

She was a member of First Assembly of God Church on Oliver Road and the Erie Guild of Craftsmen.

Catherine enjoyed needle point and crocheting and loved all of her pugs especially her dog Otis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Edward L. Hipsley; her son, Andre T. Myers and a great grandson, Christopher Wayne Kazimierowski.

She is survived by her husband, Frank A. Myers; a daughter-in-law, Kelly Chase; granddaughter, Misty Myers; two daughters, April Smallwood (Gene) and Michelle Kazimierowski (Kazmier); four grandsons and three great grandsons.

Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, 3801 W. 26^th Street on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 noon.

Burial will be private in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
