Carol Lauderbaugh

Carol R. Lauderbaugh, age 93, of Erie, passed away on Christmas Day, Saturday, December 25, 2021, at Forestview Health Care Center.

She was born in Erie, PA on December 20, 1928, a daughter of the late Michael J. and Lillian (Johnson) Ring.

She graduated from East High School in 1946. Carol was a member and a secretary at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church retiring in 2003 after 17 years of service. Previously she worked for LORD Corporation.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Richard G. "Dick" Lauderbaugh, a sister Nancy Weisenbach, a brother, Robert L. Ring, a sister-in-law, Gloria Ring, and brother-in-law, C. Raymond Lauderbaugh.

She is survived by her son, Michael C. Lauderbaugh and his wife Julie of Bear, DE, one sister, Ina Ring of Erie, a brother-in-law Thomas Weisenbach, Sr. of Houston, TX, two grandchildren, Matt and Amy Lauderbaugh of Bear, DE and several nieces and nephews.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family and will be officiated by Reverend Kristen Papson of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church. Inurnment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery Columbarium.

Arrangements entrusted to Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, Inc., West Ridge, 3801 West 26th Street, Erie, PA.
