Carl Cammarata

Carl J. Cammarata, age 79, of Jamestown, NY and formerly of Wattsburg, PA passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at UPMC Chautauqua WCA Hospital.

He was born in Jamestown, NY, on June 21, 1942 a son of the late Carl J. Cammarata, Sr. and Mary Ann Cardone Cammarata.

He graduated from High School in Jamestown, NY.  Carl was the owner and operator of Shamrock’s Taxi and transportation service in Jamestown, NY and Dailey’s Diner in Warren, PA.  He was also inducted as an Eastern Orthodox Catholic Priest in 1978.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Leonard R. Cammarata and  a sister-in-law, Emily Cammarata.

He is survived by a brother Ralph (Josephine) Cammarata and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

The family also wishes to thank the staff at UPMC Chautauqua WCA Hospital for the loving care they gave to Carl.
