Brian Weidow

Brian J. Weidow, age 36, of Pittsburgh, PA and formerly of Erie, died Wednesday, July 17, 2013.

Born in Erie on August 31, 1976 he was the son of Michael A. and Christine W. Rimer Weidow.

Brian was a graduate of Cathedral Prep and Penn State Behrend where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in both Marketing in 1999 and Finance in 2007. His career is in Banking, having worked with PNC Bank while in Erie as well as Pittsburgh and then New York-Mellon in Pittsburgh. He loved the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Penguins.

In addition to his parents, Michael and Christine, Brian is survived by his sister, Michele Galluppi and her husband Matthew, of Twinsburg, OH; and their children, Kaylee, Zachary and Sophie.

Friends may call at the Burton Wintergreen Funeral Home 2532 Norcross Road on Monday from 11am until the time of services at 1pm with the Reverend Raymond W. Hahn officiating. Burial at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery will be private.

The family graciously requests that in lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Our Lady of Mount Carmel School 1551 East Grandview Blvd Erie, PA 16510.
