Brian Pruzenski, age 41, of Erie, passed away quietly at home on Sunday, June 11, 2017. He was born in Erie, PA on November 4, 1975 a son of the late Robert and Kathleen Weisen Pruzenski. He graduated from Central Tech High School and studied at Florida State University. He worked as a contractor for Famous Dave’s and was very talented in woodworking. He enjoyed cooking and grilling and was a great Philadelphia Eagles fan as well as all auto racing but especially “Dale Jr”. He was known as a collector of “Nutcrackers” and loved animals. He had dogs, cats and lizards as pets.
In addition to his wife Donna McCoy Pruzenski, Brian is survived by two sons; Darren Julius of Erie and Justin Pruzenski of Manhattan, KS along with a granddaughter, Sophie. He also leaves two brothers; Tommy Weisen (Michelle) of Erie and JR Pruzenski (Ebony) also of Erie. A niece and several nephews also remain.
Friends may call at Burton Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 602 West Tenth Street, Erie, PA 16502 on Thursday from 5:00 pm till the time of services there at 7:00 pm with Deacon Tom Matusiak officiating. Memorials may be made to the A.N.N.A. Shelter, 1555 East 10th Street, Erie, PA 16511.
