Brenna Laughlin

Brenna D. Laughlin, age 29, of Erie entered into her heavenly home on the wings of angels on Friday, July 29, 2016. She was born July 23, 1987 in Erie the daughter of Paula Wieszczyk Laughlin and the late Brian J. Laughlin.
Brenna had attended Fairview schools and was on the JV Cross Country team. She had worked as a cashier at local businesses and loved hiking and being outdoors, especially at the Peninsula.
Her two proudest achievements were her sons, Brian Vollmer and Abel Leech.
Besides her father Brian, Brenna was preceded in death by her grandmother, Grace Wieszczyk and her grandfathers, Raymond Wieszczyk, John Laughlin, and the Honorable George Levin.
She is survived by her mother, Paula Laughlin; her sons, Brian and Abel, a brother Brendan Laughlin of Erie and a sister Erin Laughlin of Philadelphia, PA. Also surviving are her grandmothers, Terese Wieszczyk of Erie and Dawn Laughlin Levin of Maryville, TN along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Friends are invited to call at the John J. Quinn Funeral Home, West 9th & Liberty St. on Sunday from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at which time Funeral Services will be held with Rev. David Renne. Private burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Brenna Laughlin Memorial Fund at any PNC Bank.
