Brenda Viszneki

Brenda Bagby Viszneki, age 62, of Millcreek, died Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh.

Brenda was born March 11, 1950 in Bumpass, VA, daughter of the late William Hughes and Ida Alice Bagby.

She was a member of St. Julia Catholic Church and past choir member at several parishes. She graduated from Louisa County High School in Virginia and received an associate degree from Phillips Business College in Lynchburg, VA. She had worked for Moore Research.

Family came first for Brenda and her grandchildren meant everything to her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, William Hughes Bagby, Jr. and Larry Wayne Bagby.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Viszneki; two daughters, Kristen Viszneki and Mark Bricker of NC and Rebekah Viszneki of Erie; two brothers, Herbert A. Bagby and Weldon Eugene Bagby. Six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Friends may call at the Burton Westlake Funeral Home, 3801 West 26th Street (at Powell Avenue) on Sunday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM. A prayer service will be held there Monday morning at 10:30, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 at St. Julia Catholic Church with Msgr. Bruce Allison officiating.

Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
