Barbara Yusz

Barbara A. Dombrowiak Damico Yusz, age 67, of Florida and formerly of Erie, finished this journey of life on Thursday, July 3, 2014, surrounded by her family, following a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born in Erie on November 29, 1946 a daughter of the late John P. and Alfreda Suprynowicz Dombrowiak.

She attended East High School and Tech Memorial High School. She will be sadly missed by her two best friends, Lois Bruno and Gloria French.

Barbara loved photography and enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three children, Danny Damico, Christopher Damico and Donald Yusz.

She is survived by her son, Paul Damico of Brooksville, FL; brothers and sisters, John Dombrowiak and his wife Sandra, Joan Tavernese, Collette Passack, Debra Stanton, Michael Dombrowiak, and Kathleen Bujnowski and her husband Eric all of Erie; two grandchildren, two great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.

Arrangements entrusted to the Burton Westlake Funeral Home 3801 W. 26th Street, Erie, PA 16506.
