Barbara Kiser

Barbara J. (Mills) Kiser, age 70, of Millcreek, passed away Sunday May 1, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospital.

Barbara was born in Buffalo, NY on June 11, 1945, daughter of the late Paul and Elizabeth (Dale) Mills.

She was a homemaker most of her life and raised five children. Barbara enjoyed camping, crocheting, knitting and crossword puzzles. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

Survivors include her husband Virgil; five children: Fred Reed of Ohio, Vicki Imondi and her husband Robert of Arizona, Phillip Reed (Kimberly Harkless) of Ohio, John Reed (Candace) of Ohio, and Jason Reed; three grandchildren: Brooke, Jacob, and Alan; sister Florence Burton (Larry) of Erie; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at Burton Westlake Funeral Home, 3801 West 26th Street (at Powell Ave.) on Saturday from 2:00 until the time of the memorial service there at 4:00 p.m.
