Barbara Hrinda

Barbara A. Hrinda, age 71, of Girard, passed away on Sunday May 1, 2022 at Polk Center.

She was born in Girard, PA on December 16, 1950, a daughter of the late Michael and Margaret Ondreako Hrinda. 

Barbara loved her “Polk Family” very much.  The wonderful caregivers of Polk Center provided awesome care for her for 57 years.  She was strong willed, had a sense of humor and loved to tease the staff.  Barbara was actively involved in religious worship. She will be laid to rest with her parents at St. John Cemetery.

Friends may attend a service at Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main Street, Girard, on Wednesday May 4, 2022 at 11:00 with Father Michael DeMartinis as celebrant.  Burial to follow at St. John Catholic Cemetery.
