April Patrice (Boothe) Moore, age 62 of Girard, passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at Pleasant Ridge Manor West.
Born in Madison, West Virginia on August 18, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Billy Ralph and Orleeta June Anderson (Boothe) Powell.
April was a graduate of Scott High School in West Virginia. She worked at Rich Products in Lake City. She loved thrifty shopping, Bingo and going to the Casino and of course her favorite dog Lucky. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her children and vacations with her family. She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren, great grandchildren, niece and nephew.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Aunt Rosemary, grandparents; brothers Billy Ralph and Kerry Boothe; sister, Liane; and grandson, Kory Perry.
She is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Arnold Paul Moore; daughters: Kimberly Perry, Krista and her husband Ken Gariepy, Kellie Gariepy and her partner Brian Mullaley all of Girard; and her son Paul Moore and his wife Donya of Lake City; a step daughter, Rebecca Willert of Millcreek; brothers, Tommy Dale Boothe of Virginia and Joe Boothe of Girard; Sisters: Shana Boothe of Girard and Misty Powell of Millcreek; sister in laws: Pam McNeely of Florida and Debbie Forsythe of Georgia; brother in law James Moore of Corry; seventeen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and five grandchildren on the way; and mother in law, Avis Leopold of Girard, as well as many numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
