Antoinette "Toni" Fabrizio Jakubowski

June 13, 1936 — March 23, 2024

Antoinette “Toni” Fabrizio Jakubowski age 87 of Erie, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2024 at LECOM at Village Square.

She was born in Erie, PA on June 13, 1936 a daughter of the late Carmen and Helen DiPlacido Fabrizio. After graduating from Villa Maria Academy in 1953, Toni worked with the Erie School District for many years. She was a long time member of Lawrence Park Golf Club and loved to travel. Toni was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel where she was a Eucharistic Minister and taught in the Faith Formation Group.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Edwin, a son, Matthew and a sister Carmela.

She is survived by a daughter, Denise Brackett of Charleston, S.C. granddaughter Courtney Perschka along with three great grandchildren; Braydan and Hailey Perschka, Ella Mae Bartlett, and a step great grandson Ryan Perschka. Toni is further survived by her in laws, Barbara and Robert Silber, William and JoAnn Jakubowski along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Friends may call on the family Monday, April 1, 2024 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Burton Quinn Scott Cremation & Funeral Service Inc. Wintergreen, 2532 Norcross Road, Erie. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, April 2, at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 1553 E. Grandview Blvd, Erie at 10:00 a.m. Burial to follow in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
