Antoinette Dalleo

October 16, 1926 — December 2, 2018

Antoinette (Sivillo) Dalleo, age 92, of Erie passed away peacefully at Fairview Manor on Sunday, December 2, 2018. She was born October 16, 1926 in Erie the daughter of the late Clemente and Filomena (Delzappo) Sivillo.

A lifelong resident of Erie, Antoinette worked as the bookkeeper for International Bakery which was founded by her father and continued working there until 1960 when it was sold.

She loved baking and cooking, and spending time with family was extremely important to her.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carmelo Dalleo who died in 2017, and was also preceded by a brother, Rocco Sivillo; a sister-in-law, Eleanor Sivillo  and 2 nieces, Robin Sivillo and Natalie Sivillo Herrick.

Antoinette is survived by her son, Carmen Anthony Dalleo and his wife Jacqueline of Erie; two  grandchildren, Sarah Fisher (Caleb) and Dan Dalleo (Amanda & Landon); a brother, John Sivillo of Erie, and a sister-in-law, Marie Bongiovanni of Denver, CO. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Antoinette’s family would like to thank everyone at Fairview Manor for the wonderful care and compassion shown to their mother during her stay there.

Friends are invited to call at the Quinn Funeral Home, West 9th & Liberty St. on Wednesday from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Funeral Services will be private with burial in Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 1600 Peninsula Dr. Ste. 15, Erie, PA 16505.
