Anne Mazzone

Anne K. Billings Mazzone age 79, of Erie, passed away on Tuesday, April 5 2022 at. St. Vincent Hospital.

She was born on June 4, 1942, in Albany, New York, daughter of the late Arvin and Dorothy Billings.

She graduated from Strong Vincent High School, class of 1960.  She attended Villa Maria College for two years. 

She worked as an Executive Secretary at Eriez Magnetics, retiring in 1988.

She was a well known local painting artist and received numerous awards and recognition both locally and nationally.

She was also a member of National Oil and Acrylic Painter’s Society.

She is survived by her husband of 52 ½ years, Robert Mazzone; two daughters, Trina Bork and her husband David of Columbia MD, and Tracy Mazzone of Columbia, MD; a stepdaughter; Kristen Dobrich and her husband James; a stepson Anthony Mazzone and his wife Sue, all of Erie; a grandson, Ryan Bork and a granddaughter; Kira Bork both of Columbia, MD; and four step-granddaughters Elizabeth Dobrich, Randie Dobrich, Anastasia Mazzone and Rachel Mazzone all of Erie.

Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, 3801 W. 26^th Street on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services at 6:00 p.m.

Private burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
