Anna Foster

     Anna P. Anderson Foster, 92, of Erie, died on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at Sarah Reed Senior Living.  She was born on February 10, 1926, in Erie, daughter of the late George W. and Victoria Flowers Anderson.  A 1943 graduate of East High School, she was the Office Manager for Dr. Richard Neuer for many years.  Anna attended the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Paul, was an avid traveler, and enjoyed needle point, knitting, reading and doing puzzles.
     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Foster in 2009 and a sister, Georgette Beckman.
     Survivors include two sons, Jerry "O.J." Kaufman of Erie and George Kaufman and wife Sandi of Santa Rosa, California; a stepson, Alan Foster and wife Vicki of Essex, U.K.; a stepdaughter, Pamela Granger of Wales, U.K.; a sister, Irene G. Joy and husband Samuel of Rocky River, OH; a brother, Art Anderson and wife Vicky of Medford, Oregon; two grandchildren, Ben Kaufman and wife Hanna of Petaluma, California and Lindsay Kaufman of Santa Rosa, California; two great-grandchildren, Luna and Amelia Kaufman of Petaluma, California; and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
     Friends may attend a graveside service at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Section 6, on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 11:30 a.m.  The Very Reverend John P. Downey of Episcopal Cathedral of St. Paul will officiate.
