Amy Mckellop

Amy K. McKellop age 50, of Erie, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at UPMC Hamot.

She was born in Erie on February 24, 1971 a daughter of David and Ginger Richardson Sarnowski.

Amy was a 1989 graduate of Girard High School.

She worked at Sunburst Electronics for many years.

She was a very loving person that just wanted everyone to be happy. She loved listening to music, watching movies and had a deep interest in the paranormal. She enjoyed watching Ghost Hunters and cooking shows. Amy had an amazing lighthouse collection and she loved anything that was a miniature. The tinier the better. Amy was a fighter throughout all of the hard times in her life. She loved spending time with her family and was always up for taking a drive anywhere!

The family would ask that anyone that loved and cared for Amy, to please donate blood and help save lives.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Julie Sarnowski in 2004.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving husband of 18 years, Sean McKellop; her four children, Jacob, Madyson, Anna and Jack McKellop; her only grandson, Gabriel; and numerous in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Friends may call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services, 3801 W. 26th Street on Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of sharing at 5:00 p.m.
