Amy E. Hoffer, age 55, of Erie, passed away, Saturday, August 28, 2021 at her residence. She was born February 14, 1966 in Leechburg, PA to the late Rev. Randall, and Mary Alice Peters.
Amy worked at The Plastek Group for 30 years. She was a loving mother who put her heart and soul into her two boys. She sang for the Cathedral of St. Paul for years. You could always expect to see her in the back singing every Sunday. She loved seeing plays at The Erie Playhouse.
Amy is survived by her two sons, Paul and Nicholas Hoffer, her siblings, Randall Peters III (Victoria), Paula Diehl (Michael), and Mariclare Peters. She is further survived by her nieces, Miranda Peters, Rachel Diehl, and a nephew, Corey E. Diehl.
Amy is preceded in death by her parents.
Friends are invited to call on the family Friday, September 3, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 5:00 p.m. at the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Paul, 134 W 7th St, Erie, with the Very Reverend Melinda Hall officiating.
