Alma Reisenauer

Alma C. Reisenauer age 94, of Erie, passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Golden Living Western Reserve.

Born in Erie, PA on February 11th, 1921 the daughter of the late Henrietta and Michael Reisenauer.

Alma was as a Machine Operator with General Electric for 42 years, retiring in 1983. She was a life member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Women Guild member of St. Paul’s, member of the church choir, a member of the Siebenbuerger Club and Aux and an Asbury Senior Citizen Member. Alma volunteered at the Lutheran Home for 25 years. She was an avid reader and an avid bowler for many years.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mildred Calao and Harriett Reisenauer.

She is survived by two nieces, Carolyn Lindstrom of Erie and Suzanne Taylor or Irwin, PA, nephew, David Calao of McKean, PA, and several great nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Burton Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 602 W. 10th Street, Erie, PA 16502.
