Alisher (Oleg) Rasulov age 41, of Pittsburgh, passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023, at UPMC East.
He was born in Khujand, Tajikistan on December 30, 1981, a son of Olga Famulevich and the late Abulkhair Rasulov.
He was a graduate of East High School and worked in the construction field.
Oleg’s legacy cannot be summed up in a paragraph. He was loved by many and treasured most by his family. Nothing compares to the impact he left behind. He enjoyed many activities, such as camping, canoeing, and church, with his family; playing basketball, talking with people, and making them laugh. Any chance he got to tell a joke, he did. His jokes had a way of bringing everyone together. His heart was for his nieces and nephews or any kid that needed to feel love and appreciation. He wanted everyone to feel included. He used every opportunity to take all the kids to the park, play place, or just make up some game that the kids would play for hours. He was known as Uncle Olay “the fun uncle”. He touched many lives. He will forever be missed.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by Rosalynd Young; three daughters, Angelyna, Ulianah and Milanah Rasulova. Further surviving are his brothers and sisters, Vasya, Zoya, Lidiya and Robert Hamilton, Amaliya and Daryl Sr., David, Joe, Ella and Vera Surayo and Katiya well as his niece, Daisy and nephew, Daryl Jr. Elisey, Maxim, Phillip & Andrew.
