Aleta Ross

Aleta L. Fink Ross, age 73, of Girard, passed away Thursday April 4, 2019.

She was born in Angola, IN on May 18, 1945, the daughter of the late Ira “Paul” and Doris Martin Fink.

Aleta graduated from North Allegheny High School and Clarion State Teachers College with a degree in Library Science and teaching certification.

She was very active in the Albion Fair, 4-H, Platea Boro Council, Keystone Elk Alliance and the historical society.  Her true love was animals.  She loved horses and her award winning AKC Dobermans.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Fink.

Aleta is survived by her brother and sister in law, Lon and Nancy Fink of Tionesta; a niece, Sarah Fink of Pittsburgh, a nephew, Brian Fink and his wife Kristin of Seattle and 2 great nephews, Camden and Aidan.

Private funeral arrangements were entrusted to Burton Funeral Home, 525 main St. East, Girard.

Inurnment will be held at Riverview Cemetery in Apollo, Pa at future date.
