Adam Retcofsky

Adam Retcofsky, age 28 of Fairview, passed away unexpectedly Monday, September 29, 2014.

He was born in Erie on December 10, 1985, the son of John and Dell (Glenn) Retcofsky of Fairview.

Adam graduated from Fairview High School and attended West Virginia University. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates and Penguins fan. He loved music, cooking and trivia. Adam participated in soccer and basketball in high school and continued to play in adult recreation leagues with his friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Herbert and Kathleen Retcofsky and William and Dorothy Glenn.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Alex; He will be missed by god-parents Elizabeth and Jack Chuhran of Pittsburgh; his aunts, Joyce, Carol, and Kathy; his uncle Herb and wife Elaine; John and Judy Newcomb, Barbara Lotze; as well as numerous cousins.
